Brian Massey calls himself The Conversion Scientist and he has the lab coat to prove it. He is the founder of Conversion Sciences, a company that refines websites to get more revenue and leads from existing visitors. He is the author of the book Your Customer Creation Equation: Unexpected Website Formulas of The Conversion Scientist, an international speaker, columnist and teacher.

Nathalie Nahai (UK)

Nathalie Nahai

Nathalie is an award-winning speaker, Web Psychologist, and best-selling author of ‘Webs of Influence: The Psychology of Online Persuasion’ (Pearson).

With a background in psychology, digital strategy and web design, she is one of the few leading voices in this field to have both academic and hands-on experience in engineering online persuasion.

Nathalie helps businesses to psychologically optimise for better engagement online, and lectures internationally on the subject of Web Psychology and Online Influence (audiences include eBay, Ogilvy and Lund University). She also writes for national publications such as the BBC and The Guardian, and runs a bi-monthly blog at Psychology Today.

Craig Sullivan

Craig has been blending UX, analytics, Lean, Agile and Conversion Optimisation since 2006 and has been building teams, launching products or overhauling them for almost 12 years. He optimises stuff.

André Morys

André Morys is the founder and CEO of Web Arts AG, a german based company specializing in conversion optimization. André is a contributing author for several German ecommerce magazines and is a blogger and publisher of konversionskraft.de. His work focuses on neurosciences and behavioral economics to increase the persuability of ecommerce systems.

Well known for initiating the leading Dutch Analytics & Conversion magazine and recently started European focused knowledge sharing platform: http://onlineoptimizers.eu Ton has always been among the highest rated speakers upon conferences. Like no other he is able to combine theory with real life cases. He has earned a lot of money for his clients and likes to share the knowledge of how, with you, the audience.
