Brian Massey @bmassey calls himself The Conversion Scientist and he has the lab coat to prove it. He is the founder of Conversion Sciences, a company that refines websites to get more revenue and leads from existing visitors. He is the author of the book Your Customer Creation Equation: Unexpected Website Formulas of The Conversion Scientist, an international speaker, columnist and teacher.

Nathalie @TheWebPsych is an award-winning speaker, Web Psychologist, and best-selling author of ‘Webs of Influence: The Psychology of Online Persuasion’ (Pearson).
With a background in psychology, digital strategy and web design, she is one of the few leading voices in this field to have both academic and hands-on experience in engineering online persuasion.
Nathalie helps businesses to psychologically optimise for better engagement online, and lectures internationally on the subject of Web Psychology and Online Influence (audiences include eBay, Ogilvy and Lund University). André is a contributing author for several German ecommerce magazines and is a blogger and publisher of konversionskraft.de. His work focuses on neurosciences and behavioral economics to increase the persuability of ecommerce systems.
